Clinical therapy services offered through Rise & Release are provided exclusively by licensed mental health professionals operating under Behavior in Balance Professional Corporation (BIB PC). These services comply with all state licensing laws and professional ethics.
Participation in retreats, workshops, or community programs offered through Rise & Release does not constitute a therapeutic relationship or clinical treatment. Clients receiving therapy must complete intake, informed consent, and Good Faith Estimate documentation specific to BIB PC.
Retreat & Event Disclaimer (Golden Path to Balance and similar experiences)
Rise & Release Retreat Experiences, including The Golden Path to Balance and related programs, are designed for personal growth, wellness, and community connection. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or any form of clinical treatment.
Facilitators are not acting in the capacity of licensed mental health providers during retreats. Participation is voluntary, and attendees accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after the event.

Financial & Refund Disclaimer
All payments for Rise & Release Retreat Experiences and related events are processed through Golden Path to Balance. Fees cover lodging, meals, and programming costs and are not tax-deductible.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the specific retreat’s refund policy. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments for clinical sessions (Behavior in Balance PC) follow standard healthcare billing and insurance procedures and are entirely separate from retreat or coaching payments.
Nonprofit Disclaimer (WAGE)
WAGE – Women & Action for Growth & Empowerment is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made to WAGE are tax-deductible as permitted by law. WAGE operates independently from Rise & Release Retreat Experiences and Behavior in Balance PC.
